How to connect Delphi with SQL Server ?

I created a database (tables and relationships) with Sql Server 2000. I want to attack it from Delphi 7. In Delphi I placed an ADOConnexion component and in the ConnexionString property I want to connect… so

So I'm having trouble finding my way through the dialog box that appears. I am blocked. I don't know the process.

Please help me by giving me all the details so that from the Delphi interface, through the ADOConnexion component, I can connect to the database.
