文字集合と照合順序
簡単に言えば文字集合は、特定の言語や複数の言語をサポートするための文字の格納方法を定義します。 その一方で照合順序は、文字列を比較するときに使用される順序を定義します。 (すなわち、その言語で使われている文字を整列したときの任意の文字の位置)
