**Only if not connected to Internet** : Access denied for user '<user>'@'localhost' (using password: YES)
Hi - everything works fine *unless* I disconnect from Internet in which case I get an 'access denied' error. I need to be able to access the database Internet or not. I have the exact same problem when using a VPN - which I suspect is maybe the same issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
