I am migrating from oracle to MariaDB, I wonder if there are any extend functions to replace the following packages of oracle: DBMS_SQL, DBMS_OUTPUT. Or there are simiar functions/libraries in MariaDB?

DBMS_SQL is a rather broad range of functions to enumerate a direct equivalent, is there specific functions you are interested in?
DBMS_OUTPUT, maybe diagnostics-area.
