Sakila DB errors

I downloaded the above db from here https://dev.mysql.com/doc/index-other.html When i import either tgzp or zip i am getting errorrs like " Import has been successfully finished, 0 queries executed. (sakila-db.zip)" I tried running the create tables codes, also getting errorrs. What is wrong or what am i doing wrong? " Error Static analysis:

You don't specify how you are importing, or which version.

mysql < sakila-schema.sql

works fine when I try import it on MariaDB 10.6.4.

The "Foreign key constraint is incorrectly formed" error is there because in the original sql file, foreign_key_checks is set to 0 (default 1), while presumably you don't do this when running the queries individually, so the foreign key check fails. Run the statements in the same order as they are in the file, in the same session.
