Try to connect mariadb with Excel via odbc / Query

Dear MariaDB - team,

I try to connect a mariaDB with a 32bit - odbc - connector (3.1.13) to Excel. When I try to connect directly with the source ODBC I get no problems. But when I use the source option "Microsoft Query" I get the message "String data, right - truncated".

I try this in Excel 2010 (64bit) with the 64bit - odbc and in Excel 2019 with 32bit - odbc. Same result.

Hi, I have tested and indeed I got the same error. I created the ticket https://jira.mariadb.org/browse/ODBC-326
