GET request - ID gets cut at character '#'

Hello, I have IDs which include the character '#'. Doing a GET request (WHERE ID), the ID gets cut after the '#' and the consequence is no result. Is there a way to omit the wildcard for '#'.

Here an example: The ID gg343-ghjdg#hgfds-ggg gets cut to gg343-ghjdg. I tried to escape like \#, but it doesn't help.

Would be happy for some suggestions / help. Thanks! Harald
