how can I upgrade from Mariadb 5.5 to 10

Hello,

How can I update from 5.5 to 10.

I try to change repositories, after that I run yum update

and at the end give me this errors:

"error: %pre(MariaDB-server-10.0.11-1.el6.x86_64) scriptlet failed, exit status 1 error: install: %pre scriptlet failed (2), skipping MariaDB-server-10.0.11-1.e l6 MariaDB-server-5.5.37-1.el6.x86_64 was supposed to be removed but is not! When i try to chek version is: Server version: 5.5.37-MariaDB-log MariaDB Server

Try to uninstall 5.5 and install 10.0 instead. That's what the upgrade is supposed to do, but major upgrades don't always work automatically. By doing so manually, you will either get a more comprehensive error message, or will make it succeed.
