Downloading and installing ldap_authentication_simple and ldap_authentication_sasl packages for MySQL Community edition and MariaDB server
Hi,
We are trying to setup MySQL/MariaDB authentication by passing it through to our corporate LDAP server. I am trying to do a POC. I have the following questions: 1. Where do I download the packages from? 2. MariaDB documentation talks about using PAM _ Can I use it for both MariaDB and MySQL? 3. Could you please provide step by step instructions or any KB articles that you may have on the subject?
