Delete partially and gradually a very large table (1 million records)

Hello, I would like to know, in your opinion what's the best way to create a script that cleans partially and gradually a large table, I also have some conditions that I have to keep, first, I cannot delete records from last moth, only older, second, I can only delete one hundred thousand records at a time. thanks in advance for your help,

It's hard to assist without more details. What is the table definition, what is 'very large', what storage engine, version, is the table in constant use, and if so, what sort of load (read/write)?
