Crashed site

After a Windows update the Mysql (MariaDb 10.4.8) my Xampp installation wouldn't start up and gave as error message "Aria recovery failed. Please run aria_chk -r on all Aria tables and delete all aria_log.## files".

When I do so I get the long list of messages shown below. After finishing it I can start mysql but I cannot use it as the user/password combination is no longer recognized. What can I do to get out of this situation?
