Can't report bugs at atlassian

I try to submit a bug to https://mariadb.atlassian.net. However, if I try to create an account there (https://mariadb.atlassian.net/admin/users/sign-up), i get the error "The email address provided is not from an allowed domain". I used 3 different email accounts (from my workplace, from my customers workplace and my private one). What am I doing wrong? I suppose I need an account to submit a bug? Any help appreciated....

It was a bug in Atlassian On-Demand, https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/AOD-7398. We've contacted Atlassian and they've applied a workaround for us. Now sign-up at http://mariadb.org/jira is working again.
