Can maria db support Analytics application in cloud?

We are planning to deploy Maria DB for one of the Analytics application. Size of the database will be around 40TB+. Is there any special setting needs to applied during database creation or any recommend setting available.? Is there any use case available for Analytics application.? We are planning to host in AWS cloud environment.
