About maxscale license

Hello, could you explain how an enterprise license for MaxScale works?

I would like to know if the license is per server. For example, if I have a MaxScale cluster (with two nodes, one on ServerA and another on ServerB), would I need 2 licenses?

And is this license only for production environments, or is it also possible to use it in non-production environments like DEV? For instance, if I have an enterprise license that I use in PROD, can I use it in DEV, or would I need to acquire a new license?

Does the MaxScale license depend on how many database servers use the same MaxScale instance, or is it independent of the database servers?
